What happens after the 6 weeks?

You keep your ScalePilot software access for 12 weeks total. You also have the option to join the ScalePilot Mastermind community for ongoing support, coaching, and accountability after the implementation period ends.

How much time does this require?

The 3-day intensive requires your full attention for those three days. During the 6-week implementation, plan for one live call per week (60–90 minutes) plus your own implementation time. Most founders spend 2–3 hours per week on the work between calls.

Is this live or recorded?

Live. The 3-day Mini MBA and all weekly calls are live. Recordings are available if you miss a session, but the experience is built for real-time participation.

What if I can't make the dates?

If you can't attend the full 3-day live intensive, this cohort isn't the right fit. The live experience is where the transformation happens. Join the next cohort instead. We'll credit your enrollment forward.

Do I need to have my numbers ready?

No. We'll walk you through what numbers to gather and how to find them. Most founders don't know where to look. That's part of what we teach on Day 1.

Can I get a refund?

If you attend the 3-day intensive and do the work and genuinely feel you didn't get value, contact us within 7 days of the intensive ending. We'll work it out. We stand behind this because it works.
